Duke Homes, Inc. builds luxury custom homes in Indianapolis and surrounding areas and also specializes in exclusive country estate developments. Recognized for establishing in-depth client/builder relationships, unique architectural details and superior craftsmanship, owner/builder/developer Mike Duke accomplishes all this through open communications, a knowledgeable friendly staff and dedicated sub-contractors. His years of hands-on experience are reflected in the value and design present in every home. A firm commitment to make frequent personal job site visits fulfills the client’s dreams, maintains customer happiness and establishes strong customer relationships. Under Mike Duke’s leadership, Duke Homes, Inc. has become one of the fastest growing builders in the Indianapolis area.
Mike resides in Bargersville, Indiana and is married to Marcia. They have 4 children and 6 grand children. Mike and Marcia are member’s of Emmanuel Church of Greenwood. His interests include spending time with his family, spending time on his family’s farm and being involved in the community.
Vice President | Marketing
Marcia graduated from the IU School of Business where she graduated with a BS in Business, majoring in Marketing and Corporate Fitness. In conjunction with providing Duke Homes Marketing & Community Outreach, Marcia worked 8 years as a design consultant for Lilly Endowment and taught a Computer Design Class at IUPUI.
Since Duke Home’s beginning in 1986, Marcia has provided the Marketing/Advertising for Duke Homes, designing the website, creating the graphics, logos, tag lines and slogans for Duke Homes & their companies.
Mike and Marcia reside in Bargersville, Indiana and have 4 children and 8 grand children. Mike and Marcia are member’s of Emmanuel Church of Greenwood. Her interests include spending time with her family, community outreach, working out and spending time in the great outdoors.
Vice President | Land Development
Kevin has been heavily involved in the home building and developing industry since the early 1980’s and is a second generation builder/developer. Gaining the respect of his peers, Kevin was elected as the President of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (B.A.G.I.) in 1991 after serving on their board of Directors for several years. Kevin is also a past President of the Johnson County Builder’s Council and has been this group’s person of the year.
Kevin developed his first subdivision in 1990 and since then has developed 7 subdivisions totaling over 675 lots and numerous commercial sites. Kevin currently serves and the Johnson County Plan Commission as Chairman as well as the Johnson County Technical Committed for the Plan Commission.
Kevin graduated with a degree from Indiana University majoring in corporate finance. Married to his wife Cindy, they have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Vice President | Finance
Matt graduated from Marian University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He has 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including time at Toyota Material Handling USA. Sports have a been a life-long passion for Matt, who played football at Marian University.
Matt has a wife, Jordan and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his daughters in sports, playing golf and woodworking.
Mark Belton and his wife, Wendy, reside in Greenwood, Indiana and are members of Harvest Bible Chapel. Besides spending time with his family, his interests include golf and tennis.
Kevin has 4 children and resides in Morgantown, Indiana. Besides spending time with his family, his interests include basketball, racing and coaching.
Vice President | Duke Commercial
Matt Harrison joined Duke Homes, Inc. in 2013 as the Construction Manager for all commercial construction projects. Matt graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 2008. Matt has 7 years of commercial construction experience woking in a variety of markets including Healthcare, Industrial, Institutional and Multi Family.
Project Manager | Duke Renovations
Jeff Cox joined Duke Homes in 2020 as the Duke Renovations Project Manager. Jeff spent 33 years in a Fortune 500 environment as a successful Senior Operations professional with a proven track record in Leadership Development, Process Innovation and Project Management. He also has owned 2 successful small businesses.
Jeff and his wife Leah reside in Bargersville. They have 3 children, 1 grand daughter and another on the way. Jeff’s greatest enjoyment is spending time with the family, working out, golf and cycling.
Architectural Designer | Registered Interior Designer
Regina has been with Duke Homes, Inc. since 2013, but has worked in various capacities as a designer and architectural project manager for various Duke Homes’ projects since 2002. Regina provides both design and architectural documentation for the residential and commercial projects. She enjoys working directly with clients to provide spaces and buildings that not only meet their needs and budgets, but also takes into consideration all the aesthetic components of a project. One of her main goals thru the design process is to help our clients realize their vision. Regina attained her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University. She is currently a registered interior designer as well as member of IDP/NCARB.
Regina lives in Indianapolis and has 3 children. She enjoys being an active member or her community through church and her volunteer work. Besides spending time with her family, Regina enjoys water color painting, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Vice President, Operations
While working off and on for Duke Homes nearly all his life, after returning home from Dallas, he officially joined the Duke Homes team in June of 2013. After graduating from Anderson University in 2011 with a B.A. in Marketing, Jake moved to Dallas to work with his brother, Zach, teaching character and fitness to young students. Jake provides photos and video for the online and marketing presence.
Controller (Human Resources/Accounting)
After graduation, Pam worked for Indiana Bell Telephone Co. for 2 years. She also worked for Foley Hardwoods for 38 years as Office Manager, CFO, H.R., and Treasurer. She has been with Duke Homes since Sept 2003. She is the Controller (Accounting & H.R.).
Pam enjoys traveling, antiquing, walking, reading, spending time with family and watching her grandchildren in all of their activities.
Her and Norman have been active members of Bluff Creek Christian Church and she presently serves as Treasurer of the church.
