Duke Homes, Inc. was established by Mike Duke in 1986. Prior to that time, Mike attended Indiana University where he received his B.S. in Business, majoring in finance and real estate. Since 1986, Duke Homes, Inc. has grown to become one of the top residential building companies in the Central Indiana area. Mike attributes much of his company’s growth and success to the team effort of his staff and subcontractors. Mike feels that being surrounded with dedicated people who share his philosophy of honesty and hard work has been responsible for the success of Duke Homes, Inc.

Duke Homes, Inc. builds luxury custom homes in Indianapolis and surrounding areas and also specializes in exclusive country estate developments. Recognized for establishing in-depth client/builder relationships, unique architectural details and superior craftsmanship, owner/builder/developer Mike Duke accomplishes all this through open communications, a knowledgeable friendly staff and dedicated sub-contractors. His years of hands-on experience are reflected in the value and design present in every home. A firm commitment to make frequent personal job site visits fulfills the client’s dreams, maintains customer happiness and establishes strong customer relationships. Under Mike Duke’s leadership, Duke Homes, Inc. has become one of the fastest growing builders in the Indianapolis area.

Mike resides in Bargersville, Indiana and is married to Marcia. They have 4 children and 13 grand children. Mike and Marcia are member’s of a home church with several other couples. His interests include spending time with his family, spending time on his family’s farm and being involved in the community.

Branding & Community Outreach Director

Marcia graduated from the IU School of Business where she graduated with a BS in Business, majoring in Marketing and Corporate Fitness. In conjunction with providing Duke Homes Marketing & Community Outreach, Marcia worked 8 years as a design consultant for Lilly Endowment and taught a Computer Design Class at IUPUI.

Since Duke Home’s beginning in 1986, Marcia has provided the Marketing/Advertising  for Duke Homes, designing the website, creating the graphics, logos, tag lines and slogans for Duke Homes & their companies.

Marcia is also passionate about service to others and has been integral in the founding of The Well Watered Gardens of Johnson County who works with farms, organizations and local businesses to help alleviate hunger in Johnson County.

Mike and Marcia reside in Bargersville, Indiana and have 4 children and 13 grand children. Mike and Marcia are member’s of a home church with several other couples. Her interests include spending time with her family, community outreach, working out and spending time in the great outdoors.

Matt Rogers

Vice President | Finance

Matt graduated from Marian University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. He has 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including time at Toyota Material Handling USA. Sports have a been a life-long passion for Matt, who played football at Marian University.

Matt has a wife, Jordan, two daughters and a son. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his daughters in sports, playing golf and woodworking.

Senior Project Manager | Duke Homes

Mark joined Duke Homes, Inc. in 2006 as a construction manager for residential properties. Mark has worked in the construction industry for 33 years and in residential construction for 18 years. Mark is a graduate of Suburban Baptist School.

Mark Belton and his wife, Wendy, reside in Greenwood, Indiana and are members of Harvest Bible Chapel. Besides spending time with his family, his interests include golf and tennis.

Jerad Harnish

Residential Project Manager | Duke Homes

Jerad has worked in various industries including logistics, teaching leadership classes to high school students, and pastoring at his local church. Jerad has three years of construction management experience, and has overseen miscellaneous construction projects throughout his professional career.

Jerad is passionate about his local church and his family. He has a wife and three daughters and they love to travel and experience the beauty of creation together.

 

Evan Giles

Residential Project Manager | Duke Homes

Evan is an experienced residential project manager who joined the Duke Homes team in 2022. He is a native of Franklin, Indiana and still calls it home with his wife Jess and dog Hank. Evan attended Indiana State University where he played baseball. He and his wife are active members of the Hillview Country Club, enjoy home renovations projects and attending events for Discover Downtown Franklin. In his personal time, Evan enjoys golfing and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds or Indianapolis Colts – depending on the season.

Matt joined Duke Homes, Inc. in 2013 as the Construction Manager for all commercial construction projects. Matt graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 2008. Matt has 7 years of commercial construction experience woking in a variety of markets including Healthcare, Industrial, Institutional and Multi Family.

Kevin Hamilton

Project Manager | Duke Commercial

Kevin joined Duke Homes, Inc. in 2016 as a Residential Manager and recently transitioned to the Duke Commercial division. Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 37 years. He received an associate degree in architectural draging from Vincennes University and graduated from Indian Creek High School.

Kevin has 6 children and resides in Morgantown, Indiana. Besides spending time with his family, his interests include basketball, racing and coaching.

Nick Dorman

Assistant Project Manager | Duke Commercial

Nick joined Duke Commercial in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager with 15 years of experience in residential and commercial building management.  He grew up in and graduated from high school in Chattanooga, TN in 2008. Nick went on to serve in the Army’s 101st Airborne Division Artillery from 2009 -2012. Nick now lives in Southport with his wife, Kristi, and dog Sammy.

Nick’s hobbies include traveling with his wife, watching sports while grilling or smoking, and playing wiffle ball with family.

Jeff joined Duke Homes in 2020 as the Duke Renovations Manager. Jeff spent 33 years in a Fortune 500 environment as a successful Senior Operations professional with a proven track record in Leadership Development, Process Innovation and Project Management. He also has owned 2 successful small businesses.

Jeff and his wife Leah reside in Bargersville. They have 3 children, 1 grand daughter and another on the way. Jeff’s greatest enjoyment is spending time with the family, working out, golf and cycling.

Bob Collins

Project Manager | Duke Renovations

Bob joined Duke Renovations in 2022 as a Project Manager. Bob most recently owned his own successful remodeling business from 2013 – 2022 and brings a wealth of knowledge to his position. Bob is a graduate of Southport High School and Indiana Wesleyan University. He has a varied background, including serving in the US Air Force as an aircraft electrical systems specialist and 20+ years in various positions at area utility companies.

Bob and his wife Kathy have called Center Grove home since 1996. They have two children, Christopher and Kacey, a son-in-law Kyle and are proud grandparents of Leo and Henry. Family beach vacations are an annual highlight for Bob.

Aberdeen Farm Manager & Site Manager

Troy joined Duke Homes in 2022 as the Aberdeen Farm Manager & Site Manager. Troy has spent more than 40-years working on his family’s farm and will manage all aspects of The Farm at Aberdeen. In this position, he will also manage the trails, roads, lakes, and greenspaces of Aberdeen.

Troy previously served for 22 years in local law enforcement and for 5 years as a County Commissioner. He and his wife Beth reside in Johnson County and have three children.

Regina Salas

Architectural Designer | Registered Interior Designer

Regina has been with Duke Homes, Inc. since 2013, but has worked as a designer and architectural project manager for various Duke Homes’ projects since 2002. Regina provides both design and architectural documentation for the residential and commercial projects. She enjoys working directly with clients to provide spaces and buildings that not only meet their needs, but also takes into consideration all the aesthetic components of a project. Regina attained her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University.

She lives in Indianapolis and enjoys spending time with her 3 children.

 

 

Kristi Dorman

Architectural Designer

Kristi received her Master’s of Architecture in 2016 from Ball State University and has several years of experience working on higher education and residential design projects. Kristi is passionate about collaborating with clients to establish a project vision that she can translate into reality.

Kristi loves to travel in her free time, and when she is not planning her next trip, she enjoys watching sports with her husband, dog, family, and friends.

 

 

Dena Marietta

Marketing & Events Manager

Dena received her B.A. in Journalism from Franklin College with a focus in marketing and public relations. She went on to attend Ball State University’s Master’s Program in Public Relations. Dena has more than 30 years experience in marketing, events management, sponsorship, development and commercial leasing. She has worked in a variety of industries including aviation, retail development and restaurant franchising.

Dena resides in Bargersville, Indiana with her son, Ayden. When not spending time with her son and large extended family, Dena enjoys working out, photography, traveling and volunteering her time as a grant writer and fundraiser to area not-for-profits including the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund.

Tracy earned a B.S. in Telecommunications from Ball State University with an emphasis in broadcast journalism. She has worked in radio broadcasting, public relations, and hospitality. She appreciates living in Johnson County and the opportunity to raise a family in such an exceptional community.

Tracy is married to Stephen and they have three children, Tyler, Austin and Haley. She enjoys physical fitness, road trips, and coffee, and she is happiest when her boys are home from college and the house is filled with family and friends!

Construction Site Assistant | Duke Homes

Chris joined the Duke Homes team in April 2022 as a Construction Site Assistant.  Chris is currently pursing a degree in Cybersecurity & Analytics at Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Chris makes his home in Greenwood, Indiana and is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time cheering on his favorite teams.

Site Assistant | Aberdeen Community

Luke joined the Aberdeen team in 2023 as a Site Assistant. He graduated from Perry Meridian High School and spent two years studying computer engineering at IUPUI.

Luke has a variety of experience including at FedEx, Miller Pipeline, and Hutson & Son’s Boiler and Welding.

Luke resides in Greenwood, Indiana with his beautiful wife Brooke and three wonderful children, Rhett Timothy, Brynn Sue, and Blake Leigh. They also share their home with three dogs and a lot of fish. Luke enjoys singing at church and discovering new foods to try.
