STEP 1: Intro Meeting
Schedule a time to meet with us to learn more about our process, our capabilities, and whether or not we would be a good fit for you. If you do not have any financing conversations started or do not have a homesite picked out we can help point you in the right direction at this time.
STEP 2: Preliminary Design
This is when the real fun starts! Our in-house design team will create preliminary home designs based off of your lot, your wish list, your functional needs, and your design preferences. Being a design-builder, crafting a unique and timeless home design that fits you is our specialty.
STEP 3: Cost Analysis
Once we have a design that you are excited about, we will move forward into estimating the cost of your home. This typically takes 2 weeks as we retrieve actual pricing for all of the materials and labor that will go into your home. At the end of this step, you can move forward in confidence knowing that we have everything covered.
STEP 4: We Build It!
Once we receive all permits and approvals for your build, we start digging! It is so exciting to see your plans come to life starting with the foundation, then framing, followed by all of the other phases of construction. During this time, you will be selecting some of the details of your home, such as appliances, paint colors, and plumbing fixtures. At the end of it all, you can trust that you will be moving into a thoughtfully desgined home, built by the best craftsman around.
